Coaching sessions can either comprise one format only OR they can be a mixture of formats. Each format has its benefits and its pitfalls
– which are described below. The fee structure highlights which format/s are available for which coaching type. Which coaching format
may be best for you will be discussed when we chat, and remember - it’s YOUR choice.
Face-to -face:
Benefits: good for people who are
not time-limited; some people prefer this method
Pitfalls: need to travel to the coach (unless coach travels to client at a premium)
Telephone:
Benefits:
no wasted travel time; charged by the minute; can re-arrange session quickly
Pitfalls: client telephones coach; need comfortable telephone/headset
Cyber
(emails):
Benefits: can fit time in between other work; response within 24hrs; hard copy on file
Pitfalls: need computer access; must
be computer literate
Lazer:
Benefits: short, succinct 12-15 minute sessions, 3 calls per week, 4 weeks per month; can be early-bird
calls (before work) or after-hours (after work); time rich; ideal for busy people; very intense
Pitfalls: client paying a premium
Group/Team:
Benefits: group/team could be from same department/management level; good team building exercise; 60min sessions; all on
same wavelength; minimum group/team size of 2
Pitfalls: everyone to be available at same time; maximum group/team size of 8
Workshops:
Benefits:
chunks of time 3-6 hrs per workshop; time to explore; time to discuss
Pitfalls: chunks of time 3-6 hrs per workshop; attendees might
want different outcomes
