COACHING TYPES:
Executive Coaching:
May be YOU are already holding down an executive position and wish to be clearer about the direction you are going in your corporate life, or may be there is a specific area you wish to improve upon, or you are thinking about a career move which would benefit from a global career planning exercise. Whichever it is, you feel you could benefit from an independent source helping you create a strategy, a plan to achieve your goals within a determined time frame.

Relationship/Couple Coaching:
So there’s problems looming again in your
relationship! you you’ve been here before, haven’t you? Whether or not you are in a long-term or short-term relationship, if situations are not going as you would wish, then it’s time to speak with me. I can’t wave a magic wand, however what I can do is help you clarify the situation – as we find it – and see how we can make some changes, providing of course you wish to make changes.

Personal Coaching:
Do YOU know where you want to be in 1 year’s time, never mind 5 or even 10years time? Perhaps you need someone to help you focus on your career, or what’s happening at home, or to help you gain financial control again. Maybe you’ve noticed that time is passing you by and you haven’t made that impression yet or reached that goal you set yourself some time ago. Perhaps you feel you need someone to guide you down that open road, to raise your awareness of the signposts on your journey. You need one-to-one personal coaching where YOU CAN, with MY assistance, reach those goals by achieving your objectives.

Solo-preneur Coaching:
Solo-preneurship can be a very lonely business at times (the voice of experience speaking here) and whilst solo-preneurs need to be focussed on their goals and objectives, it is extremely easy at times to lose that perfectly balanced momentum between work and play (where play is the non-working element of your life). And it’s recognised (through research) that solo-preneurs put in a lot of extra hours – over and above the working hours directive. Now maybe you’ve been slowly sliding down that slippery slope of putting in too many hours - and not noticed YET, what you do notice is how tired you are recently, how badly you’re sleeping, how those easy jobs seem so arduous, so maybe you’re beginning to show the signs of overwork. To achieve an optimum balance of well-being there needs to be a balance between work and play – and I am here to HELP YOU re-discover that balance in your life.

Parent Coaching:
Is not about changing nappies and feeding! It IS about behaviour as a parent, looking at different perspectives of parenting, at communication skills, self-esteem and boundaries. It is about reflecting on our parenting, and changing things if we wish to.  And the age of your 'children' doesn't even come into the equation - you're never too old to change!
