Coaching can:

you to change them;

offer you new ways of thinking about ideas and life;
introduce you to innovative
techniques to release that creativity you know is in there;
explain how and why people behave as they do with their transactions
with others;
focus on creative communication;
help you gain a better work/life/relationship balance; and also
help you create
and realise changes for personal growth and achievement of ambitions
Coaching is not:
a therapy or counselling;
an easy ride;
being
judgemental of you;
giving negative criticism or putting you down
A coach has the skills, knowledge and experience to help YOU with
your motivation because YOU want to get more out of YOUR life, and YOU know that you CAN get more out of it with a little help. That
help comes in the form of support, offering you challenges, being non-judgemental, giving constructive criticism, pointing you in
the right direction, discovering and achieving your goals and setting new ones.
